Description of Work:
Horizontal composition of grapes, dark glass narrow neck bottle and copper basin. In foreground, centered is a brass basin. On the foreground left are green grapes on stem. In mid-ground is a dark glass round bottom narrow neck bottle or flask. The ground of the painting is brushy and non-descript. In the foreground, under the basin and grapes appears to be parchment paper or a cloth. [ECA – Description based on b&w photo of work.]
