First Letter
Falls Village.
July 1st, 1930.
Dear Mrs. Keep,
Your 5 Pictures are here, and I find your sound and able work, good in Color and Drawing. It will take me a few days to study these, as You seek(?) some advice, which You thus can consider.
I personally find that a Painter is always his worst Critic; but have now and again found good advice, that I have (?) , more of less.
I will try hard to help you, your work is worth my very best effort.
Sincerely,
Emil Carlsen
