…”The Foundation purchased a painting Moonlight on the Kattegat, one of the most important works of Emil Carlsen for the Oshkosh Public Museum this spring as a tribute to the late Carleton J. Kusche, Oshkosh amateur painter.
The painting is the first to be purchased from a trust fund created by Mr. Kusche.”…
