“Dinner for artists.
At a dinner last night in the Pittsburgh Golf Club, Director Home Saint-Gaudens and the fine arts committee of the Carnegie Institute were hosts to the members of the international jury and the committee of selection of paintings for the United State. The international jury is composed of a representative from England, A. J. Munnings; one from France, Paul Albert Besnard, and two from America. Rockwell Kent and Emil Carlsen. The committee of selection for the United States includes Mrs. Johanna K. W. Hailman, Gari Melchers, Karl Anderson, John C. Johansen, John Sloan and Rockwell Kent and Emil Carlsen, the two American jurors.”
