ECA notes:
– Condition report : Good. To the unaided eye, this piece appears to be in good condition. Ultraviolet light reveals normal fluorescence of the artist’s pigments and no signs of restoration. There is cupping and crazing present throughout the surface of the piece. This does not appear to have resulted in any paint loss. The piece is framed in a carved gold frame. The frame is in good condition, showing normal signs of wear. It separating slightly at the interior corners.
